1. Booking Terms & Conditions

1.1 Reservation Requirements
  • All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card or full payment
  • Guests must provide accurate personal information including full name, contact details, and nationality
  • Special dietary requirements, medical conditions, or accessibility needs must be disclosed at booking time
  • Minimum age requirements apply to certain activities (details provided with each tour description)
1.2 Confirmation Process
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
  • Please verify all details in your confirmation and report any discrepancies immediately
  • Final pickup times and meeting points will be confirmed 24 hours before your tour
1.3 Group Bookings
  • Groups of 10+ guests qualify for special rates and customized arrangements
  • Group bookings require a 50% deposit at time of reservation
  • Final headcount must be confirmed 48 hours before the tour date

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Standard Cancellation Terms
  • Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before tour start time
  • Late Cancellation: Within 24 hours - 50% refund
  • No Show: No refund applicable
  • Weather Cancellation: Full refund or reschedule option
2.2 Special Activity Cancellations
  • Yacht Charters: 72 hours notice required for full refund
  • Private Tours: 48 hours notice required for full refund
  • Overnight Desert Safari: 48 hours notice required
2.3 Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days
  • Bank processing fees may apply for international transactions
  • Credit note option available for future bookings (valid for 12 months)

3. Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Debit Cards with international usage capability
  • Bank Transfers (advance booking required)
  • Cash payments accepted at pickup (AED only)
3.2 Pricing & Currency
  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED)
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Rates are subject to change based on seasonal demand
  • Children's rates apply for ages 3-11 years
  • Infants under 3 years are generally free of charge
3.3 Additional Charges
  • Optional activities and upgrades will be charged separately
  • Personal expenses and gratuities are not included
  • Premium pickup locations may incur additional fees

4. Liability & Insurance

4.1 Travel Insurance
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance
  • Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings
  • Pacific Adventure is not responsible for costs related to uninsured incidents
4.2 Health & Safety
  • Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation
  • Pregnant women should consult their doctor before participating in adventure activities
  • Heart conditions, back problems, or other health issues may restrict certain activities
  • First aid trained guides accompany all tours
4.3 Limitation of Liability
  • Pacific Adventure maintains comprehensive insurance coverage
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour booked
  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations due to weather, or force majeure events

5. Guest Conduct & Requirements

5.1 Behavioral Expectations
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides
  • Respectful behavior towards guides, staff, and other guests is mandatory
  • Excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited during tours
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
5.2 Cultural Sensitivity
  • Appropriate dress code must be observed, especially at religious sites
  • Modest clothing recommended for desert activities
  • Photography restrictions may apply at certain locations
  • Respect for local customs and traditions is expected
5.3 Personal Belongings
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times
  • Valuable items should be left securely at your hotel
  • Lost and found items will be held for 30 days
  • Travel light and bring only essential items for activities

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Information Collection
  • We collect personal information necessary for booking and service delivery
  • Information includes name, contact details, nationality, and special requirements
  • Payment information is processed securely through encrypted channels
  • Emergency contact information is collected for safety purposes

  • Personal information is used solely for service delivery and customer support
  • We may send booking confirmations, updates, and promotional offers
  • Information is not shared with third parties except service providers
